Lunar Workshop recognizes and respects your need for privacy and security as you visit our site and we place great importance on the security of your information. We have security measures in place that attempt to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of your data that is under our control. We use secure socket layer (SSL) encryption to protect the transmission of the information you submit when you place an order for products or services on our site. Unfortunately, however, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed 100% secure. Information We Collect

We may collect non-personal information about your visit to our site with the use of technology.   • If you are using the support section of our site, you may need to transmit to us data to provide us with more detailed information to help us service your needs.

Log Files

When you visit our site, we automatically log your IP address (the unique address which identifies your computer on the internet) which is automatically recognized by our web server. Your IP address is not personally identifiable, however, in certain circumstances, we may link your IP address to your personally identifiable information.

Referers/System Information

A "referer" is the information passed along by a web browser that references the website that you linked from to reach our site, and may be automatically collected by our web server. System information we collect includes time and date that you access our site, the type of web browser you are using to access our sites, the operating system/platform you are using, and the CPU speed of the computer you are using. This information is sent automatically by your web browser when you are connected to site. None of this information is personally identifiable.

Cookies and Web Beacons

We may use cookies and web beacons to collect non-personal information. Cookies are pieces of information that our site transfers to your hard drive to store and sometimes track information about you. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but if you prefer, you can change your browser to prevent that. However, you may not be able to take full advantage of our site if you do so. Location of Storage

Information which you submit via our Sites is stored on a cloud computing system. This is necessary in order to process the information and to send you any information you have requested. However, information submitted by you may be transferred by us to our other offices, which may be situated outside the United States. All of our offices comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy.


We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. Our site is not designed or intended to attract children under the age of 13. We do not collect personal information from any person we actually know is under the age of 13.

Our site may contain links to other web sites. The privacy practices of those web sites are not covered by this Privacy Policy and we are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such web sites.
